Delete Your CredAsiti Account

1. Delete in the App (Recommended)

1. Open the CredAsiti app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Review the warning, then type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone, and you cannot recover your account or data afterward.

2. Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email support@credasiti.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3. What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile and login information
• Linked bank and card connections
• Recommendation, payment, and notification history associated with your account
• Any standing payment consents

We retain data only as long as needed to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on data retention.
